TCS Construction Inc. employs qualified construction superintendents to coordinate the construction of our homes and to answer
any questions a customer may have during the construction period. We assist home buyers with free custom home plans, options,
contract questions, color selections and surrounding area information.

to provide prompt, courteous service from the initial contract through our warranty period. We strive to build the best custom
homes in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas, by removing as many subcontractors as possible. We feel that we can provide
